The annual summit of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights has started its work in Warsaw, Poland, on September 10. Representatives of 57 OSCE member states – ambassadors, diplomats, heads of international organizations, as well as human rights defenders and public and political activists took part in the event.
Sabuhi Abbasov, chairman of the Azerbaijan-Slavic Youth Association, Internet-media expert, who took part in discussions on “Humanitarian issues and commitments: human trafficking, refugees and internally displaced persons”, spoke on September 19.
